Technical Panda 2016 door locked seized

My 2016 Panda's rear door lock has seized with the door handle held in the inwards position (as locked) but the central locking doesn't release it. It *was* openable from the inside by pulling the handle as normal, however being a total prat, without thinking I engaged the child lock (just trying anything i could think of to disengage the lock without thinking it through!) which means I can't get the door open at all now.

Firstly, is there any way of releasing the lock? I presume probably not if it's physically stuck locked.

Secondly, wondering what sort of garage would be best suited for this? A body shop or traditional garage? I also thought about a main dealer but was put off by their hourly rate and distance away, but does anyone think a main dealer's detailed knowledge might get it done better and quicker?

Any help or ideas greatly appreciated.

if u take the rear seats out you may be able to get the door card off to release the cable inside

Thanks leroypanda. Good idea! I was thinking it was going to involve cutting out the door trim, but taking out seats should give access to the lower screws.
