i wanted to give it an already powerful heart but with lots of possibul upgrades. over 200hp with this setup ..and maibe sometime in the future go for 1.6 or maibe 1.9 ..as there are lots of puntos using similar setups

Thanks, don't worry we will find it's possition, make the engine mounts ..then weld the entire engine bay, wash it and then install it

Looks like good progress though, you'll be driving it in a week

i wish...but it will be more than a week( month)...we had to remove the alternator from it's original possition ..as there is not enough space for it, the driveshafts would not allign properly...and after we allign them we have to cut them short about 7cm each...still don't know how to do that yet..

Hope you kept hold of the Punto donor because the rear brakes fit with a bit of a fettle and the front needs the Cinquecento conversion discs and a couple of holes drilling in the brackets.

piper cam and valve springs arrived, replaced, and still waiting for shims..to proper install the cam.

exhaust 63mm done.
brakes done
driveshaft done
intake piping...work in progres
engine loom work in progres

every thing else..work in progres

at last, some more work done, we started the engine, we put driveshafts, front suspesion ( still needs some more work), we set some of the electrical ..stuff ..dashboard lights( some of them) ..oil pressure gauge..still need water temp and oil temp..but in this state we need to create and fix the reinforced engine frame...

wanted to ask for a long time: are there any more pandas with 1.4 t engine ( punto or any other engine)

i saw there was a 1,3 t ( uno turbo) panda from danemark
and i saw a arbella with a 1.6 engine ...but drag strip only...

any ideas ?

every thing is good..so moving forward: fixed the angle of the suspension for the right front wheel, fixed some braking issues( now i almost have brakes )..increased the pressure and now driving with 0.55 bar and 0.9 bar in overboost
