Technical P0220

Can anyone help me. I have an engine warning light on P0220 Pending. Also my cooling fan is on all the time the engine is running. I have changed the throttle body.

Easy:
1. Bad connections (at and around throttle).
2. Bad main "ground".
3. Bad battery and/or alternator.
4. Bad throttle.
5. Bad ECU (throttle circuit).
