General Oil consumption for Abarth

I bought an Abarth back in october and it was full of oil, by beginning of december it was completely out, needed over 4 litres to get it back registering on the dipstick. Its now start of Jan and the dipstick is dry again.

Surely it shouldnt drink this much oil? I do quite a lot of mileage, around 400 miles a week but even so.

It also doesnt seem to be leaking at all, it gets parked every night on a smooth concrete floor indoors so would have been obvious by now.
