Hello Everyone,
I bought a great running and driving '74 X 1/9 a couple years ago, and last year a tree fell on it in a big windstorm and busted the windshield. Now, after sitting through the winter with a tarp over it, when I turn the ignition key, nothing happens. No lights, no sounds, nothing.
The battery is new and fully charged, and the battery connections are good. I'm thinking that water may have gotten in through the broken windshield by leaking through the tarp or by condensation, so perhaps that has caused the issue?
I'm just wondering if anyone has had this issue, or might be able to point me in a good direction to get this poor thing fired back up.
I'm also looking for a replacement windshield and driver's side glass, if anyone could help out on that.
