500 Nipster - 500TA Lounge in Volare Blue

Introduction

Here are some pictures of the latest addition to our clan, "Nipster" -- a 0.9 TwinAir Lounge 500 in Volare Blue. He's got just about 1500 miles on the clock now, and IMHO is just beginning to settle in

Still suffering from the "twitchy" S/S, and haven't gotten the oil+filter change yet.

But the power of the engine has been steadily improving over the last 500 miles or so. I can now (almost) omfortably cruise in 5th gear at around 30mph. But what the TwinAir *wants* to do is cruise at 60km/h in 5th, getting a steady 80mpg!

I think 5th is geared to Europe, where the city speed limit is often 60km/h, which is unfortunately just a little too fast / tall a gear for the UK

But maybe as the car continues to wear in, it will become more comfortable at 30mph in 5th, and I can finally start getting some decent mpg numbers
