General Newly purchased, few issues to fix

Thanks this was very first video I watched, however I doubt this'll work as the seller already tried this method.

Update: I bought the Pneumatic kit and another kit to remove the injector but it's seized solid. The so called professionals gave a lot of BS telling me things like if their tool breaks then I will have to pay for that??, been waiting for a couple of guys who are real busy but this will prove to be very expensive at this rate.
The injectors are totally different in my vehicle compare to the ones in the Pro master video above, therefore limited options of tools.
.....Persevering....

Is it possible to run the engine on three cylinders to get it fully warm then use pneumatic removal tool you have?
Is the air compressor you have big enough to run the tool?

Perseverance could be key as pneumatic hammering could appear to be doing very little but then work very well.

Whilst it will run on 3 cylinders, I'm not sure how good an idea that is for the rest of the engine so did think about it but didn't do this. I think I have a decent compressor and think it will meet the CFM for the tool. I will look to try to get another double sided nut for the tool as the threads have started to wear with all its hammering.

It is ok to run it on 3 cylinders .
Good idea not to damage threads .

Worst case is replacement cylinder head and injectors which wouldn't be much more work than you currently undertaking.

I would like to say huge well done to you for spirit of stick with it get it sorted.

Thank you, below is link to my last project, was few years ago now :)

Yes the guy who wants £750 to remove my one injector is using this kit. I seen this kit, know where to get it but it costs £3,500 for the kit

It does worry me though that up to 20 tons of pressure is sat on 4 bolts though therefore risk of cracking rocker cover or damaging head.

Hi Guys, right then, finally got the injector replaced and now got another two errors, one is that rear side lights not working, but just discovered it so will look into it and other is DTC P035F, any known issues for this error please?

How did the injector removal go?
What type of machine was used ?
Price?
It was a painful exercise, I spent about 800 on tools and it didn't budge, so a specialist finally came and had 2 attempts, in end it snapped inside head, then was drilled out took some hours, all in all not much change from 2000!

Omg I'm sorry to hear that .
I am glad you are making progress now and I was able to say just ignor the stored code you last mentioned-free fix

So ignoring the P035F error as you said (thanks again). On to lights issue, Had no front and rear side lights, went through each fuse as I don't have a manual to see which fuses are applicable to this issue. I see very poor quality of fuses being used here, very disappointing.
Anyhoo, I've tested and replaced some suspect fuses albeit they read ok on a meter and lights have come back on 'except' for two duplicated high level rear side lights (Mellor Minibus I believe) and warning on dash. Also had water in rear fog light (round LED type) so ordered a new one.

Anyone got wiring diagrams for my Minibus please? and can you tell me is it a Ducato x250 16+1 minibus? what does the x250 mean? some info from a scan (attached) may help identify this vehicle as I don't know anything about it. 2015 plate, 3.0.

No one else has jumped in so...
X250 means its a ducato

Normal ducato lights are controlled by the body control module, BCM .
BCM monitors the current draw of some of the lights(rear lights for sure) if current draw more than expected BCM turns the circuit off(acting like a fuse) next time circuit switched on the BCM tries again, if current normal circuit stays on.

When you get on the road be aware that you have to obey mini bus speed limits, which are different to car or van speed limits.
speed cameras Will pick up from your registration number that it is a mini bus and it's maximum permitted speed on the type of road camera set up to cover.
