General Newbie advice

Hello I've just joined, I've got a orange 1.9 sporting and was after some guidance. I want to change the exhaust and intercooler ready for a map so was looking for someone to point me In the right direction. I new to diesels previous car was a stage 2 corsa vxr, so the punto needs a bit more power. Thanks
