so all you've done is change the MAP sensor and the injectors, but not actually remap the ECU? I can see how it works, and am impressed that it's coping.
I really would suggest binning the stock ECU and fitting something aftermarket though. If you are looking back at SPI, remember that you're going to need a bigger injector than standard - and the more fuel an injector can flow, then the smallest amount it can inject also increases. If you're having issues with it rich at idle now, it will be ten times worse with one big fat injector!
My Cinquecento is a 1242 MPI (turbo is on the way). I run a megasquirt ECU, which also includes a boost controller. It should make setting boost levels, and controlling on boost fueling / ignition timing easier.
The punto 75 head def has bigger ports, and the inlet valves are 0.5mm bigger than the punto60 engine (unless its a 176.b4 engine)
It is encouraging to see the power outputs, my target BHP is around 120 - i might have a slightly smaller turbo, but i have had a bit of headwork done to.
Whats the thing about 70 on the motorway? You may have read somewhere of someone being daft saying they don't do over 70mph because thats the speedlimit
