Technical Mk2b to Mk1 75SX spec?

What is the difference between the engines in the Mk1 75SX and a Mk2b 60 bhp 1.2?

Can the Mk2 be easily upgraded to 75 bhp?

OTTOMH, main differences are the cam and the exhaust manifold. Swap those over (assuming you can find them), re-shim the valve clearances to suit the P75 cam, and all should be well (although the later MPI ECU can be a picky little sod). If you can't find a P75 mani there are aftermarket ones out there.
