General Mats and holes

This might sound stupid, but the 500 now comes with 2 lugs for floor mats on each side. The mats the dealer supplies come with a single hole. The fiat website says get your dealer to fit them.
Almost unbelievable, apart from the fact it's Fiat!
What does the dealer do to fit them? Do they simply pull the 2 lugs out and leave no lugs in place?

There are now mats available with 2 holes. If you look on fiat-accessories.com you can find the right ones. I think this means the dealer should be able to order them.

We've already got the mats with 1 hole!

Maybe you are able to exchange them for the correct ones?
