Hi guys n gals,
just joined as a fiat newbie. iv'e got a doblo 1.9 jtd sx.
just had the cambelt done by a local garage and told them that the car is rubbish on hills. constantly have to drop into 2nd and even then it can get a bit exciting.
my mechanic said he took it for a spin and it was as i described so he disconnected the mass air flow meter and now it will sail uphill in 4th.
so the question is what is it and is it repairable or just straightforward swap over, your comments please.
