I was just wondering, does any know how much (on average) lowering a car costs?

Also, if anyone knows a garage around the Harrogate area that lowers cars; please say so! (y)

it depends very much on the car. if your car uses coil springs on all 4 corners, and you supply the lowering springs, then fitting will often cost approx £100.

I've got a Fiat Punto without lowering springs. How much do you think that that would cost?

Edit: Okay, so I know what I need now - I take it I'd need four lowering springs for a Fiat Punto?

Yes.

100 is steep IMO 80 is the max I'd pay (not that I would get someone to do it!), it's an easy job.

Can anyone point in the right direction as to where I can buy some lowered springs? All the Punto springs on eBay are lowered by 35mm, so if anyone can tell me where that would be great.

Buy eibach springs for performance :) No others come close IMO
