Hi all,
I have a Fiat Linea Multijet (90 Hp Variable Geometry Turbo) and face a very peculiar problem. The car seems to be perfect most of the time. However, whenever I accelerate very quickly, the car responds very well pulling all the way to the redline. But after that, there seems to be a sudden loss in pick up and the turbo takes more time than usual to spool up and becomes highly unresponsive. After diving it for a while, it somehow automatically returns back to normal until the next time that I rev and accelerate hard.
I've tried replacing parts like the Vacuum Accumulator and Accelerator Pedal Sensor, but still the problem prevails. Has anyone got any idea as to what might be the problem ?
