Got 4 psi in all cylinders.
Replace head gasket after overheating. Cylinder head was fully restored, surface machined. Before assembly, on the removed head, poured carburetor cleaner into the cylinders. nothing goes through the pistons rings.

Any ideas?

No you have 60PSI, or 4 Kpa x100 (kilopascals x 100) or 4 Bar

I am pretty sure that Carb cleaner is so thin that is will go through the piston rings, but will also dissolve and remove any carbon deposits in and around the rings that help provide a seal..... 🤦‍♂️

Then its going to thin the oil with carb cleaner.......
