Styling looking for metallic-look panel cover for manual airco Fiat Stilo

In the past i have seen a picture on this forum of a metallic-look panel (like the Connect Nav+) which could be mounted over the original black manual airco panel of the Fiat Stilo (with the 3 black turning knobs).
it had round holes for the pictograms of the right knob (nr 2A).
I have searched the forum but can't find it anymore.
Can someone point me in the right direction ?

i've seen them on german or itallian ebay.

I considered painting the original but it's rather difficult to keep the professional looks...

not really, just make sure its primed properly, and painted in about 3 layers (so you dont get runs) then laquered.

best silver match i found was vauxhall silver metalic
