locks and things

Just had the Uno broken into [V] and am changing the locks etc.
OK can do the twodors (three door mod) but how do I get the lock thingy out of the ig ntion switch - I have tried pressing the little clip thing under the lock but it still wont come out..

Also the rear boot lock -- I have it on the bench - the black box bit but I am blowed if I can see any way of getting the barrle out -- Help Please [?]

The Ignition barrel will only come out if the key is in certain position. as for the boot lock, perisitance, lol
