Technical Limited boost troubleshooting

I have just purchased my first Abarth and after doing research I think I have an issue with my turbo. Under load I can only achieve a maximum of about 0.2 bar on the boost gauge. I'm thinking maybe I have a turbo leak or something.

Could anyone suggest any common causes for having low turbo pressure, or where to start my investigations.

If you had a turbo leak I would expect it to throw a CEL, I assume this is not the case? You , I suggest , need to purchase or find somebody with MultiECUScan to get some meaningful error codes.

I have a copy of ECU Scan but not giving me anything that would indicate this. I have found a couple of broken hoses though from the main air intake. Does anyone know what these hoses are called?

51916178 is the larger hose that joins the metal pipe across the engine, the other ( I THINK ) is 51846241, that will need confirming but is somewhere to start. And yes, that is a hell of a leak! I would have expected it to throw a CEL though
