I take it you mean headlight/sidelights? If so, then yes. There's a small black button on the ignition barrel which if you hold it in when you turn off the ignition, the lights will stay on.
thats something ive never had on any of my cars,just get a buzzer tellin me my lights are on lol When i first bought my fiat,i thought 'thats great that is' lol

The black button, when pressed, allows the key to turn the ignition barrel an extra notch which activates the parking lights, i.e. the side and rear lights.

This system of FIAT's for parking lights is by far the most practical/sensible I've ever come across much better than VW/GM's indicator stalk idea, or an annoying buzzer nearly everybody else uses.
- It's also doubtless saved hundreds of owners from a flat car battery around the world over the years.
The B2 has a similar arrangement, but also if, when the ignition is off, you turn on the sidelights you can have both sides activated, or just left or right by using the indicator stalk.
