Hello all, I recently had a leak from the EGR Cooler Hose.
I replaced it and since then the Van is really sluggish and idles really rough and does not Rev over around 2000 rpm
The EML is on but the OBD Tools I have tried do not detect what the issue is.
It seems too much of a coincidence that it has happened since changing the hose so it must be related.
At the weekend I also took out and cleaned EGR Valve but it was fine and also checked the MAF.
Could it be Air in the Coolant after changing the hose?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks
It's a 2003 2.0 Turbo Diesel Model

Hi,
Welcome to Fiat Forum. It is most likely that you have disturbed somethine electricl while working on the car. The preferred OBD diagnostic tool for Fiats is Multiecuscan www.multiecuscan.net. BUT it does not offer much support for the Scudo and none for your model as it's more Citroen / Peugeot than Fiat with the PSA DW10 engine.

All I can suggest is a careful look to see if everything is re-connected properly.

thanks for the reply
I must have spent 4 hours looking at every electrical connection as well as hose leaks etc and can find nothing out of place.
Hopefully new obd tool arrives today that may help
