500 iPhone media text blueme

I have a iPhone 4S and a 2012 fiat 500 street but I can't seem to get the blue me to read out the text can anyone help please

text reader does not work on all phones im sure i saw a list of compatible phones somewhere

Text reader only works on a few phones, really old ones are usually catered for. Anything modern and smart, you can forget it.

Oh, I stand corrected. It looks like windows phones will work then. I suppose it would be even lamer if the microsoft designed system wouldn't work with their own counterparts. Maybe they are deliberately not updating B&M to work with other handsets in an effort to shift some windows phones to Fiat owners??
