Hi guys, is there any chance to buy europe (or UK) uconnect 7 vp2 monitor and install to US version fiat 500 abarth 2017?

Perhaps you have to tell the BCM that a different radio is installed to get everything to work.
Check youtube for the love500 video where Paul gets a DAB radio to work in a car that didn't come with one.
You need MES, the right code to put in the HEX editor and a proxy allignment.
Make sure to put a GPS aerial somewhere under the dash.
