Technical Indicator problem.

Basically long story short...

my indicators dont turn off by themselfs in any was shape or form no matter how big the turn. they havnt since the day i picked it up. i thought it was someting with all the 1.2 grandes until i hopped in my mates (exactly the same model) and his were working fine.

just wondering if its faulty wiring? or is it a job for the garage?

Its either the stalk or the steering wheel. There is some kind of tab on one or the other which turns them off as they pass each other .

Sounds like it would be the switch on the stalk, but hard to diagnose yourself as you wouldn't know what to look for.

Nope I have absolutely no idea, no clue what the stalk looks like on a GP, your best bet would be an auto electrician or somebody at Fiat.
