Grande Punto help

I have a Fiat punto Grande and a few weeks ago I was driving and the battery light came on and the the power steering cut out and the abs and airbag lights came on. When I got home I tried to start car straight away and it wouldn't start there was a buzzing noise coming from passenger side. I left it for a few hours and the car started and had been running fine u.til today the same thing has happened.

Car isn't start at all now.

You need to have the battery and alternator checked out as a first port of call.
In the mean time, check all the battery connections are tight.
Follow the black leads and ensure that these are also tight at the other ends.

The spasm you describe is typical of a flat battery.

The car has started with a jump start but won't start unless it's jump started. I have been told its the starter motor but thats an aapprentices looking at it.
