Technical Help with missing fueses

Okay, this is a photo of the fuse box from a Mk1 Sei where the rear wiper was removed.

The wiper has been installed but the wiper and rear washer motor doesn't work. Can anyone tell me what this is missing? As this car is a Mk1 and doesn't have AC or ABS I don't want to use my fuse box, Mk2 with ABS & AC, as a reference.

I should mention I don't have a haynes cinq manual or Sei' owners manual.

On my mk1 sei there was a diagram of what fuse does what on the inside of the plastic cover that you took off in the first place? You should be able to work out which one does the wiper from that?

Could you photograph it then? This one doesn't have the diagram on it

Just looked at my fuses, the fuse for the rear wiper is the bottom right one next to the blue box. On your picture, its the one thats a different type of fuse and it should be a 20 amp one, hope that helps

Also looking at it, i've got a relay that your missing, one that goes next to the red one
