Technical help my punto gt back fires when warm

hi my 1995 fiat punto gt boosts very well at first but when it gets warm it starts back firing and flames cum out the exaust the flames r cool but it wont boost and miss firing any body can help many thanks ben

what have you tried so far(if anything)
whats its service history?

hi its a 1995 1.4 gt with a baileys dump valve boost controler full stainless cobra exaust and a piper cross air filter oh and a garrat t2 turbo and iv not tried nothin yet as im new 2 the fiat cars if u can help id be very thank full many thanks ben

hi there yes m8 it has and it flashes just once every now and a gain but its constantly on
