Help central locking wires on 01 brava

Hi spent all day yesterday trying to fit an ebay alarm, i have it all wired, arms/disarms, indicators flash and led works fine, but i can't get the central locking to lock or unlock, the info i have is "unlock-light blue
lock-white neg pulse at drivers door" there are no wires of this colour coming out from the drivers door loom, i have taken the door card off to see if i can see the wires and there are light blue and white wires inside the door but for some reason they must have changed all the wiring colours at the door connector and inside the car, there is no referance to the central locking in the haynes manual.
Has anyone else fitted an alarm to a 2001 brava if so where did you connect the wires to.

Is it a -ve or +ve trigger

The Alarm is adjustable, so can be putting out the incorrect trigger
