Technical Hello everyone

Hello everyone,
I'm new here.
I own a cute Fiat Tipo 1.4ie 94' carb.
Its my first car so I'm more then curious if the followings are critical things that must be repaired:
1) when I'm in second gear and going 30 (kph) and not pressing the gas pedal the car shakes like the engine is stalling but when slightly adding gas it just stops.
2)when I'm kick downing the gas pedal in 4th or 5th gear the same shake appears as in section 1.
3) when I'm breaking the wheel to its limit it makes a 'squeaking' sound

And the air conditioner is not cooling (well its just a fan without AC)
Is it possible to equip an AC to my nice tipo? its bit uncomfortable to sit in a car when its 40C outside

Well that it i hope...is it something that must be repaired or its not a big issue?

1. sounds like the throttle potentiometer is having trouble identifying the throttle position. This makes for jerky driving. I'm not saying this is the issue - but it is a similar symptom.
