:banghead: managed to stop the heater direction working now. I think the cable has come off at the other end. Please say this is an easy fix lol

It has a dial that tells the climate control ecu what temp you want.
If the lowest position (blue) and hot (red) work, but the temperaturerange between them doesnt, it is most likely the little fan between air recirculation and the compressor switch does not spin.
Nonauto has a cable to the flap.

Yeah it's the one that directs it to either the windscreen, feet or outwards. Tested it last night and it's permanently set to feet whatever you turn it to. Gonna take the front panel of again and have a look. Doh comes to mind!
