Technical Head gasket replacement on a 1.6 16v

Hi folks. I'm needing to do the above and looking for a 'how to' or similar. I've tried search function and Google but can't find anything. I've done plenty of 8v but not 16v. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Yeh I've seen them.. the Italian one would be helpful if I could understand Italian! I know you can't get Haynes manuals anymore but something like that would be handy.

Does it also feature in the vauxhall-opel vans.. or Alfa cars ?
