Technical Hanging cable

I've noticed a hanging cable at the left front wheel. The cable is located next to the container in which is liquid to wash the windshield. I'm interested does someone knows where you need to plug in the cable this cable and for what this cable is used.
I've attached the picture and jack at the end of cable is circled in red.

Could be part of the pre-wiring that's not used on your car. E.g. headlight washers..?

Hello,

Thanks for answering ... Yesterday I was at the service and they told me the same thing, they are preinstalled installations for washing lights, so if someone finds them on car, you don't have to worry because installations are not powered. Although I do not understand fiat could not put a cap on the jack.
