Technical Handbrake cables

Hi, I need two hand brake cables and there appears to be some variation in listings online with one even listing the sides at different prices.

Can anybody shed any light on why they're sided and what the differences are?

Grande is definitely 2 lengths.. 500 probably similar

Drum vs Disc is fairly obvious..

Not all 500 have the same manufacturer either..
2 x drum diameters.. Widths as an example

Shop4parts often quote the official Fiat part numbers on theirs..
