Technical Guidance to changing weber 32 ICEV

Hi, I need help with changing my carb on my 1985 Mk 1 panda 903cc, it is knackered !. What is fitted at present is a Weber32 ICEV 39 251, I've seen on ebay in Italy a 32 ICEV 28 250, it looks the same but is it jetted right ? If anybody knows the answer or has a new carb suitable I would love to hear from you, cheers, Paul
