Hi guys. I am in the process of shopping a 999cc fire engine for a 1.1 engine from a seicento. I have stopped the carburettor and old style distributer onto the head, but I realise that I cannot fit the mechanical fuel pump. Can someone suggest a generic electric fuel pump? What pressure pump should I look for

On the early Stradas with the 1116 cc 138A.000 (60HP) 1301 cc 138A1.000 (65HP) and 1498cc 138A2.000 (75HP) engines then the mechanical fuel pump delivered 75 l/n @ 0.176 bar (2.6 PSI) @ 4000 rpm crank speed.

The 1600cc engines in the Regata had 100 l/h @ 0.24 to 0.29 bar (3.5 to 4.2 PSI)

You will need a low pressure electric fuel pump with around 2 or 3 PSI otherwise you will have to install a fuel pressure regulator.
