Do the sport 150s have the same gearbox as all the other 150 models, or do they have slightly different ratios?

From eLearn, doesn't look any different, no mention of Sport.

so theoretically any M32 gearbox should fit then

From a T Jet 150, yes. If it's from an astra vxr they might be different! Have your bearings in 5th and 6th gone?

they're getting pretty noises on the overrun between 40 & 30 mph and now at 70mph

Yes, mine is. It's supposed to be covered under the extended warranty but the dealer insists there's nothing wrong with it.
