good point.. BUT AFAIK only Aircon equipped Panda's have a filter,

also worth whipping the fan out and make sure it's not chock-full of debris :yuck:leaves/ parking tickets, Tenners,etc..,

Mine has a pollen filter and it's a none aircon model. I reckon it might be a cable that's popped off the flap mechanism behind the dash.

Junk the pollen filter.
After replacing mine with a new one - what a pain - I found that the airflow was still far better with it out, so I've left it out.
I breath unfiltered air almost all the time, so the air passing through my car is now no different.
