General fiat tw200 taxi loss of power after a popping noise.

Hello my helper, driving my taxi few week ago there was a single popping noise from engine bay. There still a bit of turbo and the problem is when going from 2nd to 3rd gear with ppl in it feel flat. Any ideas what it can be..? Thanks

SOUNDS LIKE A BURST TURBO HOSE. USUALY THE ONE FROM THE INTERCOOLER RUNNING UNDERNEATH THE ENGINE THEN UP TO THE TURBO IS THE ONE THAT BURSTS. ITS NOT EASY TO SEE AS IT USUALY SPLITS RATHER THAN BURST, THE SPLIT OPENS UP UNDER PRESSURE AND CLOSES TIGHT WHEN NOT UNDER PRESSURE. I SUGGEST TAKEING THIS HOSE OFF AND INSPECTING. GOOD LUCK
