My fiat scudo 2013 has one headlight stuck on until i pull 1 of the fuses. Which is not the headlight fuse. When I operate the headlight switch the low beam works ok but high beam turns off everything but one park bulb. Also the front wiper motor requires 2 fuses to be pulled to stop it from operating. No signs of wiring meltdown in fuse box to short cabling together. And now the car won't start it turns over for the same period each time and stops. Turns over fine but won't start
