Hi, I have a fiat punto sporting 1.9 2008 with climate control and there's an intermittent fan problem, if under the glove box gets knocked it can start back again. Has Any1 got any suggestions on what to chek/change. I have a grande punto 1.9 2006 that I can take parts from but it's just standard fan no climat control, would the parts be interchangeable. Any help greatly appreciated. Thankyou Alan

That was the site for the resistor pack..
So there is probably a harness connection around there too

A wee bit strange that jogging the glovebox makes it go again if the problem is due to a burnt out resistor pack? What I'm wondering is whether the heat has damaged/distorted the connector plug which is usually plastic. If so maybe it's not now fitting as it should?
The connectors can get pretty 'crispy'
My oldest mj is like that.. dodgy door wiring too.. GM parts..
