Technical Fiat punto 2011 evo no spark on cylinder 4

Hi guys I have a problem with my fiat punto
350a1 1.4 8v as I changed the coil pack before checking the values on the coils the problem still remained

Problem

Cylinder number 4 not firing coil number 4 not going on

I checked all resistance on my coils and they all ready 0.05 ohms

New spark plugs new spark plug wires



Anyone know what the problem might be
coz at this point i think it might be the coil driver on the ecu it self

I didn't run a obd read on it yet

1a. Test the spark using FES or MES software (there is a coil test option).
1b. Do a real Diagnostics = oscilloscope (watch the ignition/spark waveform).
2. It's not a spark but fuel issue (injector).
3. Mechanical problem (valves, timing, head gasket).
4. ECU failure (it happens, most of the time it's fuel/spark "driver" related).

Yes budy there's 4 ignition coil drivers on the ecu labeled (Vb525sp) on of them connected to pin 1 is dead so I've ordered it having to wait 30 days as no were in South africa has them

Those drivers are responsible for spark and fuel on that cylinder
