FIAT parts DVD, 18th Edition, what are its uses?

May sound like a dumb ass but what is the parts dvd that I've seen on eBay's purpose? Just so you can get the FIAT part number for all the avalible parts/sections and call FIAT to price or order? Or does it include prices? Will motor factors also have any meaning of the part numbers?

Does it come with exploded diagrams of the parts? Is this the same as the eper thing I have heard of but never got working on here?

Is it copyright, or can I post a request on the forum here to get one cheaper than eBay?

I'm not sure what use they are, and if that eper thig on here, that doesn't work, lol, is the same?? A DVD online would pull quite a bit of BW.

It give you diagrams and prices yes just like when you ask the dealers, they search through the same thing, useful if you order a few parts or just want to know rough prices I guess.
