Just guessing, but a faulty temperature sensor, like a dead spot in it's scaling. Can you read the operation using a diagnostic tool?
Thanks
Yes it says mass air flow sensor.
I have replaced it and still the same.
Runs fine after a minute or two?

They often read air temp also, usually if it is a five wire plug.
So could be a break/fault in the wire to/from the ECU to MAF sensor if code still the same.
Does it always do it at exactly the same temp?
If nothing obvious it may be the time, if you have a good diagnostic electrician in your area, to let them have a look.
We have one here that the trade uses if all else fails, they are good, but I understand the trade resents paying their labour rates.;)

Which may point to another sensor affecting it rather than a faulty wire.:(
Just a thought , it's possible there is a wiring diagram for it on the Forum , perhaps someone can direct you to it.
Thanks for your help will give it a try. Cheers 👍
