General Fiat Fiorino 1.7TD

Hi, I'm (possibly) new to owning a Fiat and am looking for some advice. I live in South-West France and have been offered a 2001 Fiorino 1.7TD van in as new condition. It's only done 49000kms (about 31000 miles) and is immaculate. Before I commit, can anyone tell me what bhp it is? Also, is this model able to be uprated by a re-chip? Any recommendations if I do this?
Last of all, are there any know weak points or problems with this particular model that I need to know about? Thanks in advance for any help/advice.
