Hello,

We changed the gearbox to a manual one and since then the rpm is stuck at 2000 rpm. At start it accelerates up to 4000 RPM then it decreases to 2000 RPM without removing your foot from the accelerator.
it displays a fault code 035F on diagnosis, it cannot be erased. I have already replaced the turbo actuator, turbo electronics, map sensor, turbo, check the wiring but the fault is still present. Has anyone ever had this problem ?

I think fault code 035F is in Hexadecimal Format. In Decimal Format it would be 0863 or P0863. This indicates a problem with the Communication Circuit of the Transmission Control Module (TCM)

It is possible that the Engine Control Unit (ECU) is expecting data from the TCM. It needs this to control engine speed during gear shifts. If you have removed the TCM when you removed the Automatic Gearbox, there will be no signal for the ECU

Unfortunately I do not have an easy solution to this. You may need to get the ECU re-programmed for Manual Transmission.

This is my best guess of your problem. I suggest you speak to a Fiat dealer.
