Hello!

During the cold engine start I have this sound every time until the engine is warmed up. After 3-5 minutes of driving it disappears.

What is the problem?

I cannot add the youtube link of the video with the sound because i am newcomer (but you can easy find it on youtube "fiat 500 1.2 Cold start sound")

Thanks in advance!

No, it is not my video. I downloaded it 30 minutes ago on youtube, so it is necessary to filter according to the newest video

Sounds like one of the pulleys or water pump
Spray wd40 all around the pulleys and see if it stops
If you have a mechanics stethoscope, you can identify easier
Does it get louder or change sound when engine revved?
Ideally, remove front driver side wheel after jacking up and remove aux belt
See if sound goes away, and move all pulleys to see if anything is loose

I already changed on of the pulleys because of bad condition but this cricket sound remained the same.
No it doesn't get louder when engine revved. It just vanishes after several minutes

Does it change sound when you
1-dip the clutch
2-turn on/off the air con(if fitted)

When cars warm up, metal expands-if something is rubbing it may expand away from it when warmed up

Get mechanics stethoscope-brilliant for finding noises

My guess is the alternator bearings.
If so will need a new alternator sometime, but could go on for years like that.
As advised above, does the sound go away when the belt is removed?
Does it change when the aircon pump kicks in or out?
Could be the belt tensioner, if the noise is a little lower. Easier for you with the car, than for us on a video. Remove right wheel and plastic covers and listen from under the wheelarch. That'll help with the noise location.
