So here goes the noobish question.
Stilo 1.9 jtd 115cv (1st registry 07.2004)

What euro emission standard those my car has?
Some say euro3, some euro4…

Most likely 3, the stilo had been around a while by the time euro4 came out and there would have been no incentive back then to be making an old model compliant with the newer standards before it was due.

This is the best I can do.

Euro 4 was not required until:

Euro 4 (EC2005)​

Implementation date (new approvals): 1 January 2005
Implementation date (all new registrations): 1 January 2006

From ePER for your car and Stilo Handbook 2006. I don't have/can't fine a 2003/2004 Stilo Handbook so I suggest you check yours if you have one.

Mine's the same age (July 2004) and it's a Euro-III. I think it comes up on various ULEZ websites etc.
