Technical ENGINE STABILIZER on 100hp

100hp -just wondering if i should change the engine stabilizer(dog bone). is there any way i can tell if it needs doing eg driving characteristics or signs??? engine can be a bit jerky sometimes but i know these cars/engine can be a bit like that plus still getting use to driving it cos only had it a couple of weeks. many thanks.

I think and I could be wrong here, youll feel it a lot on gear changes. I think I need to do mine too as i cant get off or on the throttle smoothly after a change. It doesnt clunk anywhere it just isnt smooth at all.

drive along in second gear, press the accelerator to mid-high revs and then let it off, does it clunk or jerk? I snapped an engine mount in mine and you know about it when it 's going

I find my 100HP a bit twitchy/jerky in Sport mode for town driving in all honesty, and tend to drive it without most of the time.
