Hi All,
Currently trying to find out what oil I need to buy for my Fiat Panda Cross TwinAir.
The manual in the car says to go for 0W-30 but online it seems to suggest 5W-40.
Which one would be best suited for a 0.9L Petrol TwinAir? Mines from 2019.
Thanks!

Hi

I found Opie oils had the best configurator for the twinairs I was buying for..

Different ages and grades.. they were the only company I saw with sensible options

ECP /europrats were hopeless..

And thats without the added issues of twinair specific specs

Even Halfords claimed great discounts..
Petronas..but not the correct specs

Why not ask Shop4parts..or Alfa and Yapps.. as they are Italian car specialists

Most FIAT dealers are multifranchise..and poorer for it :(

So yes 0W-30 is definitely the way to go, I've purchased some Mobil Super 3000 which has done the job. Although the car is complaining about not having enough oil despite the dipstick reading max 😅 I'll try to sort this tomorrow, might just be an issue with the reading.

There’s no electronic oil level sensor… but there is an automatic message to ‘check oil level’ that just pops every X thousand miles even if the oil is full. Suspect that’s the message you’ve seen

Hi Herts, yes this was the message. Luckily now I've sorted it. Despite the dipstick reading 'max' it still wanted more oil, a very misleading message really but it's been disabled now finally.
