Engine is at 110k miles, 1.4 T-Jet.

When cold the knocking doesn't occur at all.

Once the engine has warmed up, if I rev the car under load I can hear a rattling/knocking sound between 1.5-4k revs in every gear except 1st.

I've attached a link to a short video of the sound, I can try to get a better one if needed.

Updae: I've had the car diagnosed and the mechanic said the engine was pinking under load, also the P0325 knock sensor fault error was read - the EML is not switching on and never has whilst I've had this issue.
I have replaced the knock sensor on the engine block and the issue persists. I have also driven 3 tanks of premium unleaded which made no difference.

Have a look at the condition of the timing belt if you’re not 100% that it’s been changed. Check the oil as well while you’re at it but it’s probably not anything to do with your noise just have a look anyway.
