ECU stolen

Good day everyone
Just bought a fiat Punto Evo multiair 1.4 2010
With no ECU and maybe other parts missing
I'm a novice so rung fiat for part code to try and replace
ECU 51910509
Is part number was given but the only one can find for reasonable price is
ECU 51180179
Does anyone know if this compatible please
Plus I attached a few pictures as I think other parts are missing

Any help or advice much appreciated as would really like to get this car back to working order as only 49000m
And clean as whistle
I do understand getting the part or parts is just the beginning

Do you have the equipment to program the second hand ECU ? Otherwise the secondhand ECU unless virginized will alway remain a paper weight

Each slight difference will have a different part number. Cruise contol,LHD, RHD, year, aircon, dulogic, hill hold, stability, traction and so on. Some thing you will be able to change via software some will alway cause problem.

The safest way would be a verginiszed ECU with the same part number

If not I no auto electric garage who charge reasonable rates
This car is mint and worth saving

I need to establish what else if anything is missing from car
Let me put in perspective I pulled dipstick and was like I dipped it in fresh bottle of oil
